1. General resp. the protected Montessori brand® is owned by Headline AG (CHE-107.829.690) - your Swiss partner since 1969, which is sold to its outsourcing partner Promo One Consulting GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of Headline AG, (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) Maintenance and operation of the online platform: as well as its distribution. Logistics and marketing of the goods and services offered have been fully transferred with all rights and obligations.

Headline AG or Promo One Consulting GmbH sells the goods and services published in the online shop or listed in written offers to companies and private customers (hereinafter referred to as “customer”) under the following sales and delivery conditions.

Headline AG or Promo One Consulting GmbH reserves the right to change the content and form of these general sales and delivery conditions at any time.

1.1. scope

  • These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded with Headline AG or Promo One Consulting GmbH. They come into force immediately and replace all previous terms and conditions.
  • All deliveries, services and offers from Headline AG or Promo One Consulting GmbH are made exclusively on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions.

3. Products and their representations

The products visible on the e-commerce website and the real-time inventory status of the product are purely indicative and do not constitute an offer from represents.

Promo One Consulting GmbH undertakes to take the necessary measures to ensure that the photographic representation of the products and services offered on the e-commerce website is presented as truthfully as possible.

However, due to the way these products are presented on the Internet, it is possible that the customer's perception of the photographic images does not correspond exactly to the products.

This information applies even more to all handicraft products that are unique pieces. We try to highlight them in the photos as much as possible and piece by piece.

4. Personal information

Promo One Consulting GmbH undertakes to protect and respect the confidentiality of the personal customer data provided on the e-commerce website and to treat it in accordance with the law.

Promo One Consulting GmbH only passes on personal data to third parties to the extent that it is essential for the proper execution of the order.

No data will be passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

The customer data can be used by the internal departments of Promo One Consulting GmbH as follows:

- For processing orders, deliveries and invoicing

- To seek your opinion to improve our products and services.

When registering for the first time, the customer is given the opportunity to refuse the sending of e-mail invitations and/or commercial communications by Promo One Consulting GmbH. This choice can be changed at any time in the customer base by unsubscribing from the newsletter.

The customer undertakes to provide us with the necessary personal information for order processing (delivery and invoicing). This information must be accurate, valid and current. The customer is obliged to keep the information regarding his identification and password secret.

5. Sales Processing Process

5.1 Orders

Once the desired product has been selected, it can be placed in the shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button. The customer can then continue their choice, change their shopping basket or continue the ordering process and pay.

By confirming the order, the customer accepts the general terms and conditions of sale (GTC).

When the order is confirmed and paid for, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.

Order processing time is usually 2-3 business days excluding holidays and weekends.

5.1.1 Orders

  • We create a separate invoice for each order. Multiple individual deliveries cannot be charged together on a collective invoice.
  • For technical reasons, subsequent orders for an order that has already been placed can only be processed as new, separate orders.

5.2. Price

    The price indicated for each item on the e-commerce website includes VAT at 7.7% and does not include delivery and handling costs. The cost of delivery of the order will be displayed until the order is finally confirmed.

     Headline AG or Promo One Consulting GmbH reserves the right to change the prices and other costs displayed on the e-commerce website at any time and without prior notice. However, the customer will be charged for the products based on the tariffs in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

5.2.1 Discount

  • We can only grant discounts to designated institutions and for correspondingly large purchase quantities (excludes books, services, net and procurement items).

5.2.2 Vouchers

  • Vouchers from Headline AG or Promo One Consulting GmbH can be purchased in the online shop and is always associated with immediate payment.
  • Vouchers can be redeemed for purchases of goods in the online shop.
  • If the value of the voucher is not sufficient to cover the purchase, the remaining amount can be paid using one of the other accepted payment methods.
  • Multiple vouchers can be used for one payment.
  • Vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional vouchers.
  • Remaining balance cannot be paid out in cash or credited to a credit card. Any remaining balance below CHF 5.00 will expire.

The payments processed through the e-commerce website are carried out through a security system that meets today's highest standards. The market-leading companies mentioned above (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Twint, Postfinance and Paypal) determine the security requirements for payment transactions.

Payments for purchases are made on secure bank and postal servers at our Headline AG partners mentioned above. This means that no banking or postal information is transmitted by the customer via the Headline AG or Promo One Consulting GmbH website. Payment by credit or postcard is therefore absolutely secure.  

The order will be registered once the buyer accepts payment through the selected payment system. His order will be confirmed when the order is registered and payment is deducted from his card.

Before ordering, the buyer must fill out the registration form offered on the website. Customer credit card or postcard information is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and is never transmitted over the network in plain text. The advance payment is made directly to the post office. The card number will not be sent to Headline AG or Promo One Consulting GmbH.

Payments are accepted in multiple currencies:

  • CHF
  • EURO
  • USD

The currency conversion takes place at the bank's exchange rate and is independent of Headline AG or Promo One Consulting GmbH.

Purchase on account with partial payment option (POWERPAY)

MF Group / POWERPAY, as an external payment service provider, offers the payment method “purchase on account”. With the individual invoice you can easily pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you decide not to pay within the specified time frame, you will subsequently receive a monthly invoice with an order overview in the following month.

When the purchase contract is concluded, POWERPAY takes over the resulting invoice claim and handles the corresponding payment modalities. When purchasing on account, you accept in addition to our General Terms and Conditions Terms and Conditions of POWERPAY

5.4. Delivery

The order preparation and delivery costs are automatically calculated on the order page.

Promo One Consulting GmbH guarantees the shipping of goods, products and services sold through the e-commerce website in Switzerland. The goods and / or services will be delivered to the address specified by the customer when placing the order Delivery address sent.

From the moment the order is placed and payment is confirmed, the delivery times shown are taken as a guideline:

- EMS, delivery time 1-15 days, the cost depends on the delivery address.

- A flat shipping fee is always charged for orders under CHF 100; no flat shipping fee is charged for orders over CHF 100.

Promo One Consulting GmbH undertakes to deliver the missing goods as quickly as possible or to offer an alternative solution in the event of a temporary shortage of goods.

Customs, taxes & duties

The goods and services offered include VAT of 7.7%. In the case of drop shipping, i.e. if the goods are delivered directly from the supplier in the EU to the end customer in Switzerland, customs duties and fees may apply, which must be paid by the end customer. In this case, any customs duties and fees incurred will be passed on to the end customer.

5.5. Guarantee, returns, cancellation and refund

From the moment the customer receives the goods, he/she has a right of withdrawal, i.e. a period of 14 days to return the delivered goods, whereby the costs of the return are borne by him/her.

Only products available through the e-commerce site Purchased, unopened and returned in the original packaging may be refunded.

The procedure is as follows:

The customer sends an email to to make a refund request.

The product must be complete, properly protected, in its original packaging (unopened) and, if necessary, with any accessories.

Products purchased from are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase. The guarantee does not apply in the event of a defect resulting from improper use or handling.

The product is checked by the internal department at, which confirms the refund or not, in particular by checking whether the product is returned complete and in a condition suitable for remarketing, as provided for in the right of withdrawal became.

If the goods meet the return requirements, the equivalent value of the goods purchased at can be refunded or exchanged.

Refunds will be made in one payment based on the return date. Refunds will be made within 3 - 5 working days of receipt of the returned package.

If the goods do not meet the return requirements, they will be sent back to the customer, who therefore cannot request a refund.

5.5.1. Complaints

  • Unfortunately, complaints can never be completely avoided. However, we will process a justified complaint as quickly as possible.
  • Please report missing or incorrectly delivered items to us no later than 3 days after receipt of the shipment.
  • Items arrived defective: If the damage is due to damage during transport, you must contact your post office. For delivery via parcel service or freight forwarder, please contact us. Please note the information sheet enclosed with the shipment.
  • However, if a general defect in one of our items has been identified, please send it back to us, together with the invoice and the completed information sheet, no later than 3 days after receipt of the shipment.
  • Complaints due to wear and tear (use) or improper use cannot be accepted as such.

5.5.2. guarantee

  • As a trading company, our guarantee can only be limited to the scope of guarantee granted to us by our suppliers; However, we strive to be as accommodating as possible.

5.6. Return/exchange goods with good quality

You, as a customer, have the right to exchange goods of good quality if the specified goods did not fit in shape, dimensions, style, color, size or configuration within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods (* the exception is goods purchased at a discount).

The exchange of goods of good quality occurs when:

  • the specified product has not been used/used.
  • its representation/condition has been preserved.
  • Usage characteristics, seals, factory labels are not damaged or missing.
  • You have a purchase receipt/cash receipt or other document confirming payment for the specified goods.

    If you as a customer reject the goods, a refund is possible according to the rules of our online shop as follows:

    • Exchange the goods for another product with price calculation:

       - When selecting a product at a lower cost, the price difference will be given in the form of a voucher

       - If you choose a product at a higher cost, you as the buyer pay the price difference

      • Receipt of a voucher in the amount of the purchase amount (max. validity of the voucher is 180 days). ** However, this voucher cannot be used for goods
        • from special offers, with discounts and
        • used/redeemed from marketing offers.

        5.7. Delivery conditions / delivery times

        • In the event of incorrect deliveries due to incorrectly ordered goods, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
        • Unfortunately, it can happen that an item that is offered in the online shop cannot be delivered because the supplier does not provide us with our order or does not provide it on time.
        • We also have to reserve the right to make minor model and packaging changes.
        • For freight and packaging reasons, certain products are delivered disassembled but packaged ready for assembly.
        • During the holiday season, delivery time may be extended by three working days.

        5.8. Shipment

        • We choose the most appropriate shipping method: post, delivery service, shipping company or van (special tour).
        • The goods are dispatched at the risk of the recipient.
        • Express shipping is available for shipping. The costs are calculated separately.

        5.9. Residues

        • The delivery weeks specified for backordered item items are only guide dates, compliance with which depends on the delivery of our suppliers and we can therefore not be held liable for them.
        • We do not carry out repairs for our customers. However, we are happy to help you find a repair address if necessary.

        5.10. View broadcasts

        • The buyer is responsible for the use of the products. Claims for damages are excluded. In no case shall Headline AG Promo One Consulting GmbH be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

        Headline AG or Promo One Consulting Gmbh reserves all rights to every design and text published on its website Copying or any other type of reproduction of the website in whole or in part is permitted only for the purpose of placing an order with the company. The names: Headline AG, Promo One Consulting GmbH and Montessori® are registered brands, trademarks or protected brands of Headline AG. All other product names, trademarks, company names or logos mentioned on this website are the exclusive property of their respective owners.

        7. Changes to the General Conditions of Sale

        We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. This applies to those in the online shop published terms and conditions. Orders placed before the amended Terms and Conditions come into force will continue to be subject to the Terms and Conditions in effect before they were amended.

        8. Applicable Law

        These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and all sales affected by them are subject to Swiss law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these General Conditions of Sale or any sale to which they relate will be settled in accordance with Swiss law, whether in contract, tort or otherwise clause based. The application of the 1980 United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zug/Canton Zug/Switzerland.
